Exquisite blend, product of the intensity of the Malbec, the mineral essence of the Cabernet Franc and the powerful character of the Syrah of cold regions. To the eyes it presents itself deep, strong with a dark red colour. Expressive to the nose, reminds us of black fruits with a balsamic and spicy touch. To the palate it presents itself robust and generous, with notes of blackcurrant and black pepper combined with the delicate vanilla of new oak. A unique combination of complexity, elegance and a strong personality.
Ideal wine to enjoy main courses of tasty ingredients. Its complexity and strong flavor are an invitation to combine this Blend with hunting meat, like deer and wild boar.also pasta with spicy sauce and grilled meat. Serve at 15°C.
